Welcome to Mister E Crafts! By browsing our website, purchasing our custom apparel, ordering physical 3D prints, or downloading our digital design assets, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Terms of Service & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and custom designs—is the property of Mister E Crafts.

Digital Products & 3D Files (STLs) License:

  • All digital downloads, 3D files, and STL models purchased or downloaded from Mister E Crafts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You are permitted to print these files as many times as you like for your personal use or as gifts.

  • You are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, redistributing, or modifying the digital files. You may not sell physical prints generated from these files without explicit written permission from Mister E Crafts.

2. E-Commerce, Shipping & Refund Policies

We partner with secure, high-quality production partners to fulfill your custom orders.

Apparel & Print-on-Demand Items:

  • Because our apparel (t-shirts) and certain custom products are printed specifically for you when you order, all sales are final. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental wrong sizing.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we want to make it right! Please email misterecrafts@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement.

Shipping & Tracking:

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Mister E Crafts is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. We believe in keeping your experience transparent and secure.

Data We Collect:

  • We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details strictly to fulfill your product orders, handle customer service inquiries, and track official giveaway entries.

Secure Payments:

  • All financial transactions are handled securely through Squarespace's integrated, encrypted payment gateways. Mister E Crafts never sees, processes, or stores your credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers.
